Senior Software Engineer - Fullstack

At Vizcom, we're seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer who will have radical ownership over development of core product features and workflows using modern technologies like TypeScript, React, GraphQL, Postgres, and WebGL.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Core Features: Utilize TypeScript, React, GraphQL, Postgres, and WebGL to build essential product features and workflows.

• Craft User Experiences: Create accessible, refined UIs, and workflows that seamlessly integrate AI with human design collaboration.

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our design team to develop polished UI components.

• Technical Proficiency: Showcase your expertise in JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and other relevant web technologies.

Our Tech Stack:

• TypeScript: Extensively used, from our SQL database to our GraphQL API.

• Backend: Node.js, PostGraphile, GraphQL.

• Frontend: React, React Three Fiber, and our custom lightweight UI library.

• Database: PostgreSQL (with advanced features), Redis.

• DevOps: Pulumi for infrastructure, CI/CD with GitHub Actions, Kubernetes across multi-cloud and bare-metal environments.

About Working with Us:

We are a Series A startup with a distributed team, blending local talent in San Francisco with remote experts from around the world. Currently, our team consists of 5 engineers, mostly working remotely. We use Discord and Linear for communication and task organization. Our approach is design-first, ensuring that most, if not all, product features and advancements are driven by thoughtful and innovative design principles.
